Paneer – 300g (lower into strips)
Crimson Chili Paste – 2 tbsp
Chopped Garlic – 2 cloves
Salt – to taste
Dusky Pepper – ¾ tsp
Corn Starch – Four tbsp
Maida / Undeniable Flour – 1 tbsp
Oil – to deep fry & for marinate
• In a plate, add in the crimson chili paste, chopped garlic, salt, pepper and mix successfully. If the marinate is thick, pour in a tsp of oil and mix successfully. Marinate is ready.
• Additionally mix the corn starch, undeniable flour and a minute of salt in one other plate.
• Coat the paneer strips evenly in the marinate, then coat successfully with the dry flour mix.
• Deep fry in medium flame till golden, inspire sizzling with sesame chutney or tomato ketchup.. Revel in!
